Outdoor stroller fitness - parent & baby

While enjoying the opportunity to socialize with other parents, you will take part in a variety of exercises with your baby in the stroller. Through walking, or optional running drills and body weight strength exercises, you will:

  • improve your strength and cardio
  • increase your mental health

Prerequisite: Your baby must be registered for this class. Ensure your doctor has cleared you to exercise.
Please bring: Weather appropriate clothing for you and your baby, water bottle, sunscreen/bug spray, a stroller, towel
