Gentle 3 NIA holistic movements - teens & adults

Through Neuromuscular Integrative Activity (NIA) movements that combine dance, martial arts and mindfulness, you will feel more connected to your mind, body and spirit. You will:

  • increase your mindful movement
  • reduce stress
  • improve your overall physical and mental health

Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 3- Must be comfortable doing 30+ minutes of continuous, standing activity
Please bring: Comfortable layered clothing, water bottle, clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot
