Pilates - parent & baby

Through a series of progressive Pilates exercises, you will begin to strengthen and lengthen muscles across your whole body. Your baby can be in a carrier or on an exercise mat during class. This class is done barefoot. You will bond with your baby while:

  • restoring your core, back and pelvic floor muscles
  • improving your full-body strength
  • increasing your mental health by socializing with other parents

Prerequisite: Your baby must be registered for this class. Ensure your doctor has cleared you to exercise.
Please bring: Water bottle, towel, warm layers for your baby, a blanket or carrier for your baby if desired
