Swimmer 3: Swim for Life® - kids & teens

Kids and teens will be introduced to new skills that will increase their swimming ability in this intermediate swim class. They will work on:

  • kneeling dives and forward rolls into deep water
  • handstands and front somersaults
  • front and back crawl
  • whip kick on their back
  • interval training

Prerequisite: Swimmer 2
Please bring: Swimsuit, towel
