Information: This program will take place at MNP Community & Sport Centre, 2225 Macleod Trl SE, Calgary, AB T2G 5B6. Facility amenities are not included as part of the program.
Information:

Prerequisite: New participants must complete a PARmed-X, Adapted Fitness Assessment registration form, and require a fitness assessment ($66) before the first class. Returning participants must complete a PARmed-X every 12 months
