Fitness Swimmer: Swim for Life® - adult

Improve your overall fitness and endurance through an introduction to swim workouts. You will set your own goals and work with one of our instructors to achieve them. You could work on:

  • interval training
  • using a pace clock and timer
  • designing water workouts
  • distance and sprint swims

Prerequisite: Swim four lengths of the pool continuously.
Please bring: Swimsuit, towel
