An exciting journey of artistic discovery awaits! Try a variety of mediums and techniques to indulge your creative whimsy. Our artist instructors will guide you through this exploration where you might just discover a new medium that interests you. We have mixed media classes for all ages and skill levels.
Students will experience a wide variety of artist mediums. Our studio is equipped with easels, tables and chairs so you can work comfortably seated or standing. We have drying shelves and studio storage for your work.
Come prepared:
Unless otherwise stated in a particular adult class, supplies are extra and a shopping list of materials will be discussed during the first class. All tools and supplies for kids classes are included.
Kids will use inspiration from nature such as bones, feathers and snowflakes to create artworks and grow their artistic abilities. Each week will focus on a new two- or three-dimensional medium. All supplies are provided.

Taking inspiration from art around the world, kids will learn drawing, painting and sculpture. All supplies are provided.

Kids will explore a new two- or three-dimensional art medium each week while learning techniques in drawing, painting printmaking and mixed media. All supplies are provided.
Age: 6 - 12 years
A wide variety of mediums and materials will be available for teens to work on their own projects and ideas. An instructor will provide technique demonstration and creative guidance as needed. All supplies are provided.
Age: 13 - 17 years
Explore a new two- or three-dimensional art medium each week while learning techniques in drawing, painting, printmaking and mixed media. All supplies are provided.
Age: 18+
Each week, you will learn about a famous historical or contemporary artist and create work inspired by them. You will use a variety of artist materials to create two- and three-dimensional pieces. All supplies are provided.
Age: 18+
Develop your artistic skills in a variety of mediums and improve your art vocabulary to enhance creativity in your classroom. All supplies will be provided.
Age: 18+
Kids will work in a small group to create a stop-motion movie using modelling clay and a tablet. All supplies are provided.
Age: 6 - 12 years
Over two classes, you will create greeting cards and envelopes of your own design. All supplies are provided.
Age: 18+
Kids will experiment with a variety of two- and three-dimensional mediums in this Alberta art curriculum-focused class. All supplies are provided.
