This inclusive dance class led in-tandem with the National accessArts Centre welcomes neurodiverse (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Tourette Syndrome) kids and with sensory needs to explore movement and creativity through playful activities in a safe, welcoming and joyful environment. If a child benefits from one-to-one support, the child’s parents/support persons are welcome to participate.

Age: 6-12 years

Kids will learn foundational dance knowledge. Fun and supportive classes will grow creativity and confidence.

Age: 6 - 8 years

In partnership with Calgary Opera, these bi-weekly classes offer kids the opportunity to create original choreography inspired by children’s opera music. They will enjoy hands-on learning, attend Calgary Opera’s Open House and experience a live performance.

Age: 9-12 years

Kids will learn dance skills from a variety of genres. They will create their own dance choreography.
