Register for Gymnastics Programs

Gymnastics Classes provide children with foundational skills across various apparatuses including floor, bars, beams, trampolines, and vault. These sessions promote core strength, muscle tone, and bone health in a fun and engaging environment. Led by enthusiastic instructors, children gain confidence and physical activity that supports future athletic development.

Come prepared with the following:

  • Gym apparel (must be zipper free)
  • Shorts, tights or leotards
  • T-shirt or form-fitting top
  • Bare feet recommended (gym slippers are not mandatory)
  • A water bottle

Required Forms and Waivers: Indoor Rock Climbing and Gymnastics - Child.

Gymnastics - parent & toddler


Learn basic gymnastics skills such as rolling, jumping and balancing while taking part in games and activities.

Age: 2 - 3 years + adult

Gymnastics - preschoolers


Kids will learn gymnastics basics like rolling, jumping, swinging and balancing, which will help develop coordination and flexibility. This class is done barefoot.

Age: 3 - 4 years

Gymnastics - kids


Kids will learn basic to moderate gymnastics skills and techniques while improving their flexibility, coordination and balance. This class is done barefoot.

Age: 5 - 12 years
