Rock Climbing

Register for Rock Climbing Lessons

Rock Climbing Lessons are inclusive and skill-building sessions for climbers of all levels. Participants learn safety, belaying, and climbing techniques through games and structured activities. Climbing improves strength, coordination, and cardiovascular health in a fun and supportive environment.

Come prepared with the following:

  • Clean, indoor athletic shoes that have not been worn outdoors
  • Athletic wear to allow for maximum movement
  • Closed top water bottle
Required Forms and Waivers: Indoor Rock Climbing and Gymnastics - Child.

Rock climbing - kids


Through games and activities, kids will be introduced to basic top-rope and bouldering climbing techniques. All equipment is provided.

Age: 4 - 6 years

Rock climbing & knots - kids


Kids will be introduced to top-rope climbing and bouldering while learning basic to moderate climbing techniques and knot tying. All equipment is provided.

Age: 7 - 9 years

Rock climbing & belay - kids, teens & adults


Learn basic to advanced rock climbing, bouldering and belaying techniques. All equipment is provided.

Age: 10+

Rock climbing & belay - teens


Teens will learn basic to advanced rock climbing, bouldering and belaying techniques. All equipment is provided.

Age: 13 – 16 years
