Barre & Dance Fitness Classes

Our dance fitness classes are fun and motivating. They will leave you with a spring in your step and a smile on your face. Don’t worry if you can’t get the steps right. These classes are about moving to the music and having fun doing it.   

Come prepared with the following:

  • A water bottle
  • Clean, indoor athletic shoes that have not been worn outdoors

Barre - parent & baby


Bring your baby to this ballet-inspired class that will help increase your full-body strength and tone your muscles. Your baby can be in a carrier or on an exercise mat during class.

Age: 6 weeks - 1 year + adult

Barre - teens & adults


Increase your strength and tone your muscles through ballet-inspired movements.

Age: 13+

Gentle 3 NIA holistic movements - teens & adults


Be introduced to Neuromuscular Integrative Activity (NIA) movements that combine dance, martial arts and mindfulness to help you feel more connected to your mind, body and spirit. This class is done barefoot.

Age: 13+
