You will be introduced to basic taekwondo skills like punches, kicks and blocks that will help develop your self-control and discipline. This class is usually done barefoot and can be completed multiple times.
Age: 13+
Kids & teens with prior Taekwondo experience will build existing skills with advanced techniques and training.
