Ball Diamonds

Hundreds of ball diamonds are available to book for games, leagues, practices, tournaments, and special events.

A cricket pitch or ground is primarily used for practicing and playing the sport of Cricket, but it can also be used for Australian football. Calgary's Cricket pitches are D class fields. They are maintained by the City of Calgary Parks. Mowing is sporadic.

Grass Fields

Hundreds of grass fields are available to book for games, leagues, practices, tournaments, and special events.

Indoor Field Availability

Our Indoor artificial turf fields are located at the Calgary Soccer Centre and the Shouldice Seasonal Dome.

Outdoor Artificial Turf Fields Availability

The City of Calgary offers Artificial Turf Fields at Shouldice Athletic Park, Ernest Manning Athletic Park and the Calgary Soccer Centre. Artificial turf fields can be used for football, soccer, field lacrosse, ultimate frisbee, field hockey, rugby, special events and tournaments.

Track & Field Availability

Our track and field facilities can accommodate foot racing, jumping and throwing events, practices, and meet-ups.

Velodrome Availability

The velodrome outdoor cycling track is located at Glenmore Athletic Park.
