Low-impact water workouts improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Ideal for all ages and fitness levels.

Come prepared with the following:

  • Water bottle
  • Goggles (optional swim cap)
  • Towel and hygiene items
  • Optional: deep-water belt or handle paddles

Deep water variety: advanced - teens & adults


You will take part in a variety of deep-water workouts, circuits and tethering to improve your conditioning. Each class will grow in intensity to continue to improve your physical health.

Swim conditioning - teens & adults


Increase your endurance and improve your swim strokes in this swimming workout. All equipment and floats will be provided. This is not a swim lesson.

Tethered deep water workout - teens & adults


Increase the intensity of a standard deep-water workout by being tethered to a lane rope while wearing a floatation belt.
