Aqua Fitness Classes

Aquatic fitness is an excellent way to recover, rejuvenate and socialize. The properties of water protect your joints, work muscles and strengthen the heart. It can benefit every age and fitness level.  

Come prepared with the following:

  • A water bottle
  • For conditioning swim bring goggles - swim cap is optional
  • Towel and personal hygiene products

All equipment is provided, however you may bring your own deep water belt (for DWW classes) or handle paddles (for conditioning swim) if you wish.

Deep water variety: advanced - teens & adults


You will take part in a variety of deep-water workouts, circuits and tethering to improve your conditioning. Each class will grow in intensity to continue to improve your physical health.

Age: 13+

Tethered deep water workout - teens & adults


Increase the intensity of a standard deep-water workout by being tethered to a lane rope while wearing a floatation belt.
