Cardio & Cycle Classes

Improve your aerobic fitness, power and heart health. Feel an increase in metabolic function, quality of life and athletic performance.

Come prepared with the following:

  • A water bottle
  • A small towel for sweat
  • Clean, indoor athletic shoes that have not been worn outdoors
  • For cycling you may wish to bring cycling shoes with SPD cleats (optional)

Cycle & core strength: beginner - teens & adults


Be introduced to spin-style exercises as well as off-bike training to increase your core strength and cardio in a beginner-friendly class.

Simulated road cycling - teens & adults


Explore simulated roads throughout the world with drills that mimic the road ahead in this spin-style class.

Nordic Pole Walking - adults


Learn the benefits of Nordic Pole Walking in this outdoor fitness class. An instructor will guide you through the correct technique. Nordic poles are provided.
