Strength & TRX Classes

Strength training builds muscle, shapes your body and increases your physical abilities so you can do more.  It will engage your core and help with stabilization. You will also learn principles of proper strength techniques.

Come prepared with the following:

  • A water bottle
  • Clean, indoor athletic shoes that have not been worn outdoors

Weight Room Orientation - Youth & Adult


In this orientation, you'll get an overview of fitness equipment, learn about specific weight room etiquette, and be introduced to basic fitness conditioning principles.
