Gentle Fitness

Instructor led classes with your peers that offer low to moderate intensity fitness for those looking for a modified routine.

A form of exercise that feels good, is safe and the appropriate intensity for your fitness needs. Reduce pain and maintain body function with exercises that will be modified to work for your body.

  • Level 1 classes are mostly seated, with some standing balance work. The focus is on posture and fall prevention.
  • Level 2 classes offer a choice of seated or standing activities. The focus is on functional capacity and independence.
  • Level 3 classes are active and on-your-feet. You'll be moving the whole time while avoiding the high impact of general fitness classes.

Booking an Appointment:

  • Instructor led classes require booking an appointment in order to confirm your spot.
  • Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance, starting at 5:30 AM daily.
  • You must logon to your account prior to adding a drop-in appointment to your basket.
  • Only the Account Owner can book appointments on behalf of other members of the group.
  • Please ensure the correct member is selected from the Participant menu.
  • You can view your confirmed booking in the Appointments section of your account.

Note:  Minimum age for fitness classes is 13 years. Special circumstances may be considered and must be arranged beforehand.

* You must bring your own mat to all Yoga, Pilates, Mind-Body Flow and Stretch & Restore classes.
